Cancellation policy

Your appointment is exclusively reserved for you. We understand that life can sometimes force plans to change, all we ask is that you can’t make your appointment you give us 24 hours notice. This will also allow someone who is waiting for an appointment a chance to take that spot. Should you fail to provide sufficient notice there will be a charge $50.00+gst.

Late Arrival

Should you arrive late to your appointment it is up to the discretion of the provider as to if we will need to reschedule. Our scheduled times of the treatments allow us to provide you the best care, and we do not want to compromise or rush that appointment.

Treatment expiration

All service packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 12 months of purchase or they will expire with no refunds on remaining treatments.

Return policy

No refunds are made for products, service packages or pre-paid treatment packages or services already rendered as you have paid for the treatment and not for the result (see treatment outcomes).

New Radiance Medi Spa will always be honest in our dealings with you and are dedicated to providing the best we can. Medical Cosmetic services are not an exact science and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We will always strive to provide the safest and the most exceptional care we can.
