Medi Spa Policies
New Radiance Medi Spa is excited to slowly begin the process of on site appointments. In order to maintain safety and continue to do our part to reduce the spread of COVID-19 we ask that you please read and adhere to our updated appointment policy.
You will be emailed a mandatory screening questionnaire to be completed prior to your scheduled appointment.
New Radiance will only allow one client at a time for appointments. When you have arrived for your scheduled time. Please call the clinic at 587.493.1111 and we will inform you if your provider is ready for you. We ask that you arrive to your appointment alone. No family members, friends or children will be allowed at the appointment with you.
It is mandatory that you arrive to your appointment prepared with a mask. We will provide hand sanitizer for you to use upon entry and exit to your appointment. For your convenience Cash, E-Transfers and Credit/Debit are accepted. The point of sale machine will be sanitized before and after each client use.
In order to maintain a sanitized environment, New Radiance Medi Spa will be extending appointment times to allow for enhanced cleaning measures in between clients.
We value your patience and understanding as we relaunch with these new protocols. As always, we thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing you soon.
Your appointment is exclusively reserved for you. We understand that life can sometimes force plans to change, so all we ask that should you not be able to make your appointment you give us 24 hours notice. This will also allow someone who is waiting for an appointment a chance to take that spot. Should you fail to provide sufficient notice there will be a charge $50.00+gst.
Should you arrive late to your appointment it is up to the discretion of the provider as to if we will need to reschedule. Our scheduled times of the treatments allow us to provide you the best care, and we do not want to compromise or rush that appointment.
All service packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 12 months of purchase or they will expire with no refunds on remaining treatments.
No refunds are made for products, service packages or pre-paid treatment packages or services already rendered as you have paid for the treatment and not for the result (see treatment outcomes).
New Radiance Medi spa will always be honest in our dealings with you and are dedicated to providing the best we can. Medical Cosmetic services are not an exact science and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We will always strive to provide safe and the most exceptional care we can.
